How long does delivery take?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa in 5–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Delivery to outlying areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes — we deliver to all major centres across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and surrounding areas. If you’re in a remote or outlying area, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm delivery feasibility and any additional costs.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@[yourdomain].co.za to initiate a return. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
Is assembly included in the delivery?
Our pergolas are delivered flat-packed with a full assembly kit included — all poles, crossbars, screws, Allen keys, and a printed instruction manual. Assembly is designed to be completed by two adults without specialist tools. Most customers have their pergola standing within a few hours of delivery.
Which pergola is right for my space?
It depends on two things: whether you have a suitable exterior wall to mount to, and how much space you have. The Skyline and Sunridge are wall-mounted (lean-to) structures — ideal if you want your pergola to feel like an extension of your home. The Suncrest and NobleShade are freestanding — position them anywhere in your garden. Not sure? Send us a photo of your space and we’ll advise.
Can the pergola be used in the rain?
Our pergolas are not designed for use in heavy rain, strong wind, hail, or storm conditions. They are fair-weather structures. The NobleShade features PU-coated fabric with built-in drainage channels that handle light drizzle well, but we recommend retracting all canopies and securing structures when adverse weather is forecast.
How do I care for my pergola?
Frame maintenance is minimal — the powder-coated steel is rust-resistant and UV-stable. For the canopy, a gentle wipe-down with a damp cloth and mild soap every few months is all that’s needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials. Store the canopy retracted when the pergola is not in use for extended periods.
Do your pergolas come with a warranty?
Yes. All PergolUX structures come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For specific warranty terms and durations applicable to each product, please contact us at info@[yourdomain].co.za or refer to the documentation included with your order.
